DAMAGE PROTECTION OPTIONS

Damage Protection protects the vacation rental homeowner against accidental damage to a rental property during a guests stay. Damage Protection is in lieu of a traditional security deposit, where for a nominal non-refundable fee, it protects the guest for accidental damage up to the limit of coverage selected. Should damage occur, claims are processed online and the expense incurred for repairs or replacement is reimbursed to the property manager up to the limit of coverage selected.
