Upload all supporting documentation including photo(s) of the damage and a copy of the receipt for repair or replacement. Claims must be initiated within 14 days of the guest departure and must include damage photo(s). Strict adherence to dates are required. Submissions outside of allowable dates will not be considered.  All paid receipts must be provided within 45 days of opening a claim and must include proof of payment.  All claims are guest-verified by a claims adjuster.
