Our best-selling guest damage protection program, provides first-dollar coverage for most “to-the-studs” contents damage including flooring, carpeting, dry-wall, appliances, furniture and other items that are part of the rented-unit. It protects both the lodging provider and guest from loss for accidental guest damages. If accidental damage should occur during a covered stay, the lodging provider receives reimbursements covering the costs of repair and/or replacement of the damaged items. This program is a reimbursement program and it requires the submission of paid receipts for repairs or replacement items during the claims process. This coverage is for accidental guest damage and does not cover owner or housekeeping damage, or normal wear and tear. All claims are guest verified and coverage must be placed on each & every guest reservation to be eligible to participate in this program.
